Delivery Policy

SHIPPING
Online orders are processed and shipped via USPS within two business days. Packages ship out Monday through Saturday. Your tracking number will be emailed once your item(s) have shipped. Please visit the USPS website for other questions regarding their shipping and delivery policies.

STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
Shipping Rate   – ($12 Flat)
Priority Shipping (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS)

Shipping Rate   – ($25 Flat)

Note: the shipping cost is determined by the delivery location, the item’s size (weight), and priority shipping.

Orders submitted before 12 pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day.  Orders placed on priority shipping submitted after 12 pm CST will ship out the following business day.  

All priority orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is present during the delivery, the package will be rerouted to your local USPS office for pickup. The shipping destination must be a USPS-confirmed address. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders arrive within approximately 14-30 business days. We ship worldwide to the cheapest option via USPS/ UPS, DHL, or FedEx confirmed address. Additional customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Customs rules vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office. Orders are subject to a restocking fee for customs unclaimed packages. Orders are shipped from Houston, Texas, with the total order value declared in USD. All international orders are final.
