NES Casuals Return/ Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy from the day of delivery of purchased items/items to be eligible for Store credit or exchange, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Purchased item/items are non-refundable and non-creditable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, returning items should be free of stains, tears, or odors. The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues
For us to assess the situation regarding your complaint and resolve it swiftly, please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. When you get it, kindly submit a picture of any damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are not eligible for returns. Every other item is returnable if it is in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, there should be no stain, tear, or odor on returning items. The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
Exchanges.
To ensure your request for an exchange is processed on time, you must first return the purchased item and then make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is approved.
